<p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>frunze de ridiche</li>
<li>ridichi</li>
<li>o legatura ceapa verde</li>
<li>o lingura seminte de in/faina de in/seminte de canepa/seminte de pin</li>
<li>o lingura fulgi de drojdie inactiva</li>
<li>bucatele de tofu (optional)</li>
<li>o lingura ulei de in sau de masline</li>
<li>zeama de lamaie</li>
<li>sare, piper proaspat rasnit</li>
<li>condimente: cimbru/marar/busuioc/oregano</li>
</ul>
<p>Se amesteca toate si se lasa sa stea o ora inainte de masa, pentru ca gusturile ingredientelor sa se intrepatrunda.</p>

<p>Dupa cum am mai scris pe blog, saptamanal am bucuria de a intra in posesia &#8220;cosului&#8221; cu legume de la sat, cultivate fara ingrasaminte chimice (programul <strong>ASAT</strong>). Insa adesea, din lipsa timpului necesar pentru a gati, s-a intamplat sa nu reusesc sa consum aceste verdeturi, astfel ca am cautat metode mai sanatoase si mai rapide de preparare a lor. De foarte mare ajutor in aceasta dilema a fost blenderul. Iata deci niste idei ca sa consumam cat mai multe legume, indeosebi crude, fara fierbere, coacere sau prajire:</p>
<p><span style="color: #339966;"><strong>1.</strong></span> Intai si intai, <strong>fiti deschisi la noi gusturi, arome si texturi</strong>; nu presupuneti  automat ca nu va va placea ceva ce nu ati mai incercat pana acum.</p>
<p><span style="color: #339966;"><strong>2.</strong></span> <strong>Diversificati </strong>- nu ramaneti la cartofi si morcovi fierti in fiecare  zi; incercati  sfecla, spanacul, conopida, dovlecelul, chiar daca in copilarie nu va placeau.</p>
<p><span style="color: #339966;"><strong>3.</strong></span> Cand preparati salate, <strong>nu va limitati la salata verde</strong> ca ingredient, adaugati in ea seminte de in, fulgi de drojdie inactiva, tarate de grau, ulei de masline aromat cu busuioc sau busuioc crud, felii crude de sfecla rosie, conopida maruntita la robotul de bucatarie etc. Aceste elemente au important aport de substante nutritive, iar salata este cadrul in care le putem combina optim.</p>
<p><span style="color: #339966;"><strong>4. </strong></span>Preparati <strong>supe reci </strong>la blender &#8211; <a href="http://bunsisanatos.wordpress.com/2010/05/12/supe-rapide/" target="_blank">aici</a> cateva sugestii de combinatii cu care se poate jongla, iar <a href="http://ligiapop.com/2010/07/08/supa-de-rosii-fara-foc-un-adevarat-deliciu/" target="_blank">aici</a> o reteta de supa de rosii fara foc.</p>
<p><span style="color: #339966;"><strong>5.</strong></span> Folositi un storcator si <strong>faceti sucuri din orice</strong>: morcovi,  telina, sfecla rosie, frunze de ridichi sau morcovi etc. Daca aveti doar blender, faceti &#8220;smoothie&#8221;, adaugand putina apa rece peste vegetale, miere si suc de lamaie. Ideal este sa combinati legume cu fructe si cu frunze verzi proaspete. Personal, folosesc blenderul, astfel se consuma si fibrele fructelor/legumelor, care prin stoarcere ar fi indepartate.</p>

<p>Va invit la un sfarsit de saptamana cu hrana pentru sanatate si va impartasesc cateva din ultimele retete incercate, toate vegetariene. Le multumesc pe aceasta cale autorilor lor.</p>
<p><a href="http://retete-vegane.blogspot.com/2009/10/crema-de-avocado-cu-nuca.html" target="_blank">Crema de avocado si nuci</a> &#8211; o bunatate, cu gust undeva intre salata de conopida cu maioneza si salata de vinete. Se consuma cu <a href="http://bucuriebunastarehrisca.blogspot.com/2010/02/painici-graham-din-migdale_24.html" target="_blank">painici crude din migdale si seminte</a>.</p>
<p>Cartofi copti fara coaja, consumati cu salate mari de verdeturi asortate cu sos preparat din miere, ulei de masline/in, suc de portocala si condimente.</p>
<p><a href="http://www.aromeinroz.com/?p=1291" target="_blank">Hummus</a> &#8211; in link este cea mai explicita reteta pe care am notat-o, cu precizarea ca tahini se poate realiza extrem de simplu acasa, macinand seminte de susan si amestecand &#8220;faina&#8221; obtinuta cu putina apa si sare.</p>
<p><a href="http://retetecrude.wordpress.com/2010/04/10/bomboane-cu-nuci-si-cocos-raw/" target="_blank">Bomboane crude cu nuca macinata si fulgi de cocos</a> &#8211; extrem de simplu si rapid de facut, un fel de &#8220;Raffaello&#8221;.</p>

Un mit ineficace pentru sanatatea noastra, se pare.</p>
<p>Produsele lactate nu reprezinta ceea ce se cheama &#8220;hrana sanatoasa&#8221;, chiar daca nu se poate nega ca ele contin calciu. Totusi, acest lucru nu inseamna ca organismul nostru poate sa absoarba acest calciu. Chiar dimpotriva, calciul din lapte este extrem de greu de absorbit de catre organism. (Mai trebuie pomenite antibioticele si hormonii administrati vacilor in prezent pentru producerea laptelui la scara larga?)</p>
<p><strong>Alte s</strong><strong>urse de calciu</strong> sunt reprezentate de <strong>migdale</strong>, <strong>varza</strong>, <strong>broccoli, salata</strong>, <strong>sfecla</strong>, <strong>suc de morcovi</strong>, <strong>tofu</strong>. Prin urmare, este de preferat consumarea acestora si reducerea consumului de branza, lapte, iaurt, smantana etc. O alternativa ar fi laptele de migdale, de <a href="http://floridecires7.blogspot.com/2009/03/lapte-de-nuca.html" target="_blank">nuca</a>, de <a href="http://retete-vegane.blogspot.com/2009/09/lapte-de-mei.html" target="_blank">mei</a> sau cel de orez, de exemplu.</p>
<p><strong>UPDATE</strong>: Calciul se absoarbe cel mai bine din varza (mai ales broccoli) &#8211; in proportie de 50-70%. Abia apoi urmeaza celelalte surse.</p>
