Acestea pot fi evitate astfel:</p>
<ul>
<li>fructele se mananca pe stomacul gol cu cel putin jumatate de ora inainte meselor sau la o ora dupa mese (chiar dupa 2 ore, daca masa a fost copioasa). Deci obiceiul de a manca fructe pe post de desert nu este cel mai fericit.</li>
<li>atunci cand se consuma sub forma de suc, fructele pot fi combinate cu legumele. In acest caz, fibrele fiind eliminate, atat fructele, cat si legumele se absorb usor.</li>
<li>fructele se mesteca bine, la fel ca orice altceva.</li>
<li><strong>UPDATE</strong>: sunt de preferat fructele de sezon care cresc in mod natural in zona geografica unde traim (din pacate, avocado, desi atat de sanatos, nu se potriveste cu acest concept).</li>
