Sigur, odata ce ati frecat  pantofii cu ea, veti avea pe pantof  bucatelele de miez de banana, care insa se pot sterge usor cu o carpa, iar  pantofii vor straluci de curatenie.</p>
<p><strong>2.</strong> <strong>Uleiul de masline</strong> &#8211; constituie o buna (si, desigur, naturala) lotiune dupa ras.</p>
<p><strong>3.</strong> <strong>Otetul </strong>- dizolvat in  apa, este o solutie ieftina si ecologica de curatat geamuri. Amestecati o  lingura de otet de mere cu o lingura de miere si consumati atunci cand  aveti gatul rosu. Preparati un amestec de otet, suc de lamaie si bicarbonat  de sodiu, apoi aplicati pe hainele cu pete, in loc de inalbitor (atentie, a se folosi otetul incolor, nu cel de mere).</p>
<p><strong>4.</strong> <strong>Remediu natural pentru molii</strong>: uscati flori de lavanda &#8211; sau  cumparati-le gata uscate din piata &#8211; si puneti-le in saculeti textili  atarnati in dulapuri. Aditional, puteti picura din cand in cand peste saculeti ulei esential de lavanda sau cedru.</p>

<p>Dupa cum am mai scris pe blog, saptamanal am bucuria de a intra in posesia &#8220;cosului&#8221; cu legume de la sat, cultivate fara ingrasaminte chimice (programul <strong>ASAT</strong>). Insa adesea, din lipsa timpului necesar pentru a gati, s-a intamplat sa nu reusesc sa consum aceste verdeturi, astfel ca am cautat metode mai sanatoase si mai rapide de preparare a lor. De foarte mare ajutor in aceasta dilema a fost blenderul. Iata deci niste idei ca sa consumam cat mai multe legume, indeosebi crude, fara fierbere, coacere sau prajire:</p>
<p><span style="color: #339966;"><strong>1.</strong></span> Intai si intai, <strong>fiti deschisi la noi gusturi, arome si texturi</strong>; nu presupuneti  automat ca nu va va placea ceva ce nu ati mai incercat pana acum.</p>
<p><span style="color: #339966;"><strong>2.</strong></span> <strong>Diversificati </strong>- nu ramaneti la cartofi si morcovi fierti in fiecare  zi; incercati  sfecla, spanacul, conopida, dovlecelul, chiar daca in copilarie nu va placeau.</p>
<p><span style="color: #339966;"><strong>3.</strong></span> Cand preparati salate, <strong>nu va limitati la salata verde</strong> ca ingredient, adaugati in ea seminte de in, fulgi de drojdie inactiva, tarate de grau, ulei de masline aromat cu busuioc sau busuioc crud, felii crude de sfecla rosie, conopida maruntita la robotul de bucatarie etc. Aceste elemente au important aport de substante nutritive, iar salata este cadrul in care le putem combina optim.</p>
<p><span style="color: #339966;"><strong>4. </strong></span>Preparati <strong>supe reci </strong>la blender &#8211; <a href="http://bunsisanatos.wordpress.com/2010/05/12/supe-rapide/" target="_blank">aici</a> cateva sugestii de combinatii cu care se poate jongla, iar <a href="http://ligiapop.com/2010/07/08/supa-de-rosii-fara-foc-un-adevarat-deliciu/" target="_blank">aici</a> o reteta de supa de rosii fara foc.</p>
<p><span style="color: #339966;"><strong>5.</strong></span> Folositi un storcator si <strong>faceti sucuri din orice</strong>: morcovi,  telina, sfecla rosie, frunze de ridichi sau morcovi etc. Daca aveti doar blender, faceti &#8220;smoothie&#8221;, adaugand putina apa rece peste vegetale, miere si suc de lamaie. Ideal este sa combinati legume cu fructe si cu frunze verzi proaspete. Personal, folosesc blenderul, astfel se consuma si fibrele fructelor/legumelor, care prin stoarcere ar fi indepartate.</p>
